DegenBrawlers (degenbrawlers.com) is a web interface for interacting with an autonomous smart contract on the Solana blockchain. This Privacy Policy explains what limited information is processed when you use this Interface.
We are committed to a privacy-by-design approach: we collect the minimum data necessary to operate the Interface, store as little as possible, and keep it on your own device wherever feasible.

This Interface stores a small amount of data in your browser's localStorage. This data never leaves your device — it is not transmitted to us or any server. You can view and delete it at any time through your browser settings or using the "Clear My Data" button below.

No personal information is contained in any of these values. The fighter ID and exclusion timestamp are purely numeric. Your wallet address is never stored in localStorage.
When you visit the Interface, we perform a one-time geographic check to comply with sanctions and access restrictions. This check sends your IP address to ipapi.co — a third-party IP geolocation service — solely to determine your country and, if you are in the United States, your state.
We do not receive, log, or store your IP address. The geolocation check runs in your browser and the result (permitted/blocked) is evaluated locally. If ipapi.co is unavailable, the check times out after 3 seconds and access is permitted. You may review ipapi.co's privacy policy at ipapi.co/privacy.
If you are in a restricted region and use a VPN to circumvent the geo-check, you are solely responsible for compliance with your local laws. See our Terms of Use for restricted regions.
All transactions you execute through the Interface are recorded on the Solana public blockchain. This includes your wallet address, the amount of SOL committed, vote records, and claim records. This data is inherently public, permanent, and not controlled by us. We have no ability to delete or modify blockchain records.
Wallet addresses are pseudonymous but may be linkable to your identity through external means (e.g., exchange KYC). We do not attempt to de-anonymize wallet addresses.
This Interface is hosted on Netlify. Netlify may collect standard web server logs (including IP addresses) as part of normal CDN and DDoS protection operations. This is governed by Netlify's Privacy Policy. We do not have access to these logs and do not use them to identify users.

We do not operate servers that retain user data. localStorage data persists until cleared by you or your browser. Blockchain data is permanent by nature. There is no server-side retention schedule because there is no server-side storage.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Interface after any update constitutes acceptance.
